Saturday the shopping public was mostly pleasant. Sunday far less pleasant.
Today? I'll have to summon all of my powers to make people smile. Tired just thinking about it!
Somehow got stuck at customer service often during the weekend...folks approaching with a barked demand "Where is...!" No no no - I smile and say 'Hello!' and give them the opportunity for redemption LOL
