Lol. And your remark is what I frequently encounter from citizens of a country that made the Soviet Union its bogeyman from 1917 until the dissolution but then found the loss too great to bear.
Great let's see how may ways we can work at dividing people. Why is it when the majority is asked to include everyone NOT of the majority something suddenly becomes an issue for the majority. I did not read where they were doing away with a lighted tree. Sounds like the issue is the Nativity which let's face it is not really a big commercial driver. It's thrown in to make the festivities appear to have a base in Christianity. I love to see and hear other traditions I think it expands my sense of other people. But that's just me.

That's quite interesting. Information warfare think tanks are probably following this now to get a sense of how to use it for further divide and conquer strategies. Which may be the only purpose of the publicity according to the writers statement there's been no complaints in the past.

Historically being a penal and far flung colony, Australia has a significant prevalence to male homosexuality. Given the addition of the "charming" religious practice of paedophilia and you have a society with an inbuilt cringe factor and desire to ignore or eradicate past history. Diversions such as this are examples.

I am sometimes at a Trans sexual leaning conference where participants are asked to include their pronoun preference; I put 'amazing'. I am celebrating myself while giving others the opportunity challenged
