Making curry for tonight. Dhal and a chickpea and tomatoe curry. One of my favourite dishes. Although I am cheating and using tinned chickpeas so that I can cook it quickly. The dhal is currently in the slow cooker bubbling away.

veggieskillet at Denny’s. Has anyone tried this dish? I travel a lot and use it to help maintain a meatless diet. They also serve a veggie omelette.
