Do you have that one ingredient (or ingredients) that you are obsessed with and must put in just about everything you make or eat? My current obsession is hemp seeds, also chia seeds and nutritional yeast (aka nooch, aka vegan crack).

Tomorrow I’m going to Trader Joe’s ... my get fat headquarters. My list is vegan ice cream, brownie cookie crisps and wine. I doubt I can grab just those things and go, Trader Joe’s will run about 150 bucks by the time I’m done.

I went to a good friend's vegan birthday party last night. Baked four loaves of Artisan bread for the occasion and served it with olive oil dipping oils. It was a big hit.

I have just been diagnosed with diabetes type 2 and have been advised to cut down on carbohydrates. I love potatoes and rice but will need to reduce them in my diet. Anyone any ideas as to what can replace the humble potato!
