Did someone break your heart badly that you're afraid to trust anyone else as far as love?
CS60 comments on Mar 8, 2018:
Yes, but this summer I developed a crush on someone. I asked her out and she said no. I was thrilled that I could still be attracted to someone and that I had the courage to risk rejection. The one that broke my heart was about 9 years ago last summer. One small baby step at time!
We all need some humor today

Do you date traditionally?
CS60 comments on Mar 4, 2018:
Probably not since I’m not very traditional with things. Ice cream, book store, farmers market, dessert, lunch. If you’re asking if I spend a lot of money, no I don’t. And if she is only impressed by money, she’s not my kind of woman.
Have you ever been on a strict diet?
CS60 comments on Mar 4, 2018:
I did South Beach for awhile, but it was to restrictive for me. I lost weight, probably about 15 pounds. But with my travel schedule it was almost impossible to stick to.
Do you bring lunch to work or eat out?
CS60 comments on Mar 4, 2018:
It depends. If I’m home, I usually bring my lunch. Every once in a while I’ll go out with coworkers. If I’m living out of a hotel, well I’m forced to eat out.
Does unconditional love exist?
CS60 comments on Feb 26, 2018:
Yes, particularly with 4 legs. People are much more questionable. Parents are supposed to unconditionally love their, unfortunately that isn’t always the case. 40% of homeless youth are LGBTQ.
How do you feel about Brussel Sprouts?

I’ll melt for a British or other accent. Just sayin. I perceive the UK as less racist and more diverse. I’m not sure what to think about the royalty; a lot of respect for the queen to stay in London during the blitz, I don’t get the point of it. Fascinated by the very old buildings, the US has nothing to compare. Brexit, what the heck happened there? Stonehenge and crop circles ...

Guns for/against?
CS60 comments on Feb 16, 2018:
I didn’t vote. I’m a gun owner and am in favor of responsible gun ownership. But we need to stop these senseless shootings. No we MUST Stop these shootings. The only use for an AR-15 is to kill people, ban them and other similar weapons. In 2004, bush allowed the ban to expire, that ban needs to be reinduced. Someone will say “he was mentally ill” and he may well have been. The real issue is Americans suffer from loneliness and anger. We need to call out ther blood money politicians - taking 100 of thousands and millions from the NRA.
I really wonder why voters (in the U.
CS60 comments on Feb 12, 2018:
I like your idea. I would change it to voters can vote for one person in the primary, doesn’t matter which party. Then the top 3 or 4 primary winners would head to the general election. Term limits would be good, as would getting the money out of the elections, maybe forcing candidates to pass a civics test.
Has anyone else suffered night terrors?
CS60 comments on Feb 10, 2018:
I had some issues from going ghost hunting with out protection. A shadow figure tried to choke me one night, I called on the white light of protection for help I and it worked. I ask for the white light of protection and archangel michael to keep me safe and it seems to be working. I was generally raised without religion, so I have no idea how I knew to ask for the white light to protect me.

CS60 comments on Feb 1, 2018:
Get rid of lobbyists; yeah, unlikely to happen. So, require a proficiency test and insurance on both the gun and ammo. Basically making it very expensive to own guns and ammo. The proficiency test and background check would need to be passed annually. If convicted of spousal abuse, no gun ever. If you own any they must be turned in. But we, as a society need to address toxic masculinity and loneliness. Too many people feel like no one listens.

I don’t have a consistent thing I’m thankful for. The other week it wasn’t having to walk a1/2 mile in the bitter cold, Saturday I was thankful for the chance to spend time with a very good friend, yesterday after a dreary, rainy day the sun broke for a beautiful sunset.

CS60 comments on Jan 18, 2018:
I'd say a little of both. Many people hide behind the internet and just yank your chain for shits and giggles. Some take that behavior into real life. I think in general more people are becoming angrier. We feel less listened too, in part because we spend less time in face-to-face discussions. Seek first to understand, then be understood. Finally, the left and right silos are becoming more and more entrenched and frustrated with the other side.

CS60 comments on Jan 9, 2018:
Yes, it needs to go, but I doubt it will be done with an amendment. There is a way to fix things. States can require that their electoral collage votes go to the candidate that wins the overall popular vote. I think there are 10states that already do this. To win the electoral college you need 270 votes, the states that already do this represent 165 votes, which is a good start.

She started to say something then she saw all of us staring at her. I don’t know who was on the other end of that phone conversation, but boy do I feel sorry for them.
Can being gay be a choice? Is it possible to teach yourself to be gay?
CS60 comments on Dec 20, 2017:
Ha! Can you teach yourself to be straight? Many have tried, I don’t think any have really succeeded. Some maybe on a temporary basis. It’s kinda like asking “When did you decide to be straight?” The Christians maybe confused by bisexuality or the fact that some gay people were forced to fake being straight. Married with kids to hide the fact they were gay, then they’d look for gay sex on the down low. Keep in mind it is only recently that it almost safe to be out as gay.

CS60 comments on Dec 20, 2017:
Many think of this as Third world problem. It’s not, in certain cities with high ethnic population this is routinely done to young women usually with exetreme coercion or without their permission. Proponents think if it isn’t done women will be over sexed. It is another method to control women. At its worst it makes the simple act of peeing difficult and forget about sex. Horrible and dangerous.

CS60 comments on Dec 14, 2017:
"I'll vote when there's someone worth voting for." And thank them for tRump. Almost 50% didn't vote in the presidential election. And in any election, there are multiple positions up for election. In the US we take the right to vote for granted. I don't think it should be an option. Typically campaigns degenerate into mud slinging fairly quickly. If they are only mud slinging, the real positions don't get put out there. Or they don't get put out there enough for people to understand. So people wind-up voting against who they think is the bad guy. Everyone should get the same amount of $ and be given 3 or 4 weeks to campaign.

I don't know if there is an agenda, but corporations do not have the best interests for the American people in mind. They spend lavishly on lobbyists who influence the politicians to do what's best for a corporation or industry. Thanks to Citizens United corporations can buy political votes through donations. Senator Toomey (PA-R) will not vote in the best interests of the people, but for his corporate backers. Many news outlets are biased at best and at worst are providing alternative facts. They are busy feeding the fears of people. And people seem to be willfully ignorant; probably because they are afraid of anyone different than them.

Us, Google, Facebook, Netflix, Hulu, and others got screwed.

How should pedophiles be dealt with?
CS60 comments on Nov 17, 2017:
Pedophiles need to be punished and repeat offenders permanently taken out of society. I'm not sure of the best way to accomplish that, farm camps in the middle of nowhere? In most instances, including this one, I'm against the death penalty. Our court system is a mess with innocent people locked up for years and some executed. I also don't think castration works. If they are hell-bent on sex with children, they will simply find another way.
