This was a few years back, another amazing metal detector find in the UK. Makes me jealous, lol, I treasure hunt myself with a metal detector, but in the USA something like this isn't very likely.

I have often wondered what our ancestors were thinking when they built things. I have to admit to leaving two small statues in walls that I had open for work, with the thought, that some future individual might wonder what it meant.

I've actually speculated about this myself for years. Cause of peeps arguing ancient high technology and Atlantis silliness, I assumed that such things would be detectable in ice cores and sediments. I was right apparently.
