Yes, partial solution, and every part of the US system needs to change in varying degrees.
It's shocking, but not shocking, that this administration cares more about statues of racists being vandalized than POC being murdered by the police. It's yet another level to their deplorable beliefs and behaviors.
Shocking to me is that there are many who don't feel that murders of POC by police and by others is not shocking.
Also shocking is that, contrary to federal law, POC still are being deprived of their right to vote.
