To my LGBTQ friends, I wouldn't count the Supreme Court's decision a win on the Yeshiva University case. It may return to them later and their rejection was 5-4 only.
Yeshiva University is fighting to not have to allow an LGBTQ club, of their students, to use facilities used by 87 or so clubs.
As their charter states they're a Non-religious institution...now they're using Religious Freedom Act seeking to squash the lgbtq communities rights by claiming Their Religious Rights are being attacked..yup more Hypocrisy from another Abrahamic cult..surprising? Not in the least..
