I sadly do not have a garden but I have some beautiful botanical gardens nearby (pictured). They have inspired me to make the most of my balcony but I am at a loss of where to begin. Can any possibly recommend some suitable plants? Thank you

Hosta with Co-Ax This hosta is very happy on the north side of the house, right where the co-ax cable of my radio antenna runs. I think the hosta is called Fried Green Tomato, but I may be wrong. Too many hostas.

Since I am still wandering and not able to have a garden, I have been looking into CSA's (community supported agriculture) and wondering if it's a good way to get my fresh produce or is it better to just hit farmers markets and farm stands throughout...

Does anyone ever trade plants or seeds? Are you open to it? I'm looking for native varieties of milkweed. I have tropical milkweed, but it's not ideal for the butterflies.

The new additions A dwarf ornamental pineapple and two tiny peach trees. The mother peach tree was pretty good size and full of small peaches the lady said all she knows is it’s a yellow peach.

I got lil peaches! First time peach tree owner. It's 2 ft tall, in a whiskey barrel. It's got 18 peaches, which seems like unreasonable expectations. Should I thin them, or go for it?

A quick question... Is it possible to grow lavender indoors as a house plant? Has anyone done it? I tried before but without success.

The late hits of cold weather messed up my typical bloom dates, so I'm tickled that my Desert Willow and Pittosporum have finally started blooming. <3
