Ordered a pile of perennials for fall planting. I love trying new flowers, and this time I'm focusing on stuff that blooms later in the year. Spring is glorious but by now I've got nothing but the remains of the annuals...

Just want to share!!! Probably old news! But it really works!!!!

Part 2 of our sweet potatoe tire experiment it tells how we cured out potatoes before storing them. And shows the damage from moles. Has anyone else had problems with moles eating their sweet potatoes.

Everyone should be growing this Amazing tree/shrub/herb. Great health benefits and easy to grow.

An hour spent digging and then pulling burlap & plastic twine off the root ball. Then separating the roots from being root-bound. Finally getting it into the ground and back filled with compost and long term release fertilizer. And then mulching ...

Fall has been officially skipped.

The worms have destroyed our seminal pumpkins. We wanted to make room for a fall garden so we pulled the pumpkins and beans. The flock eat good today.
