I got the stakes in and string up for the posts of the green house over my Sour Sopp and mangos. It will be 8’X22’. Amy and I will be starting construction in the morning. This should be a fun project.

I Removed my big lemongrass from its original spot (it was overwhelming my dwarf roses). I started splitting the plant, I kept two big clumps for my garden and I ended up with so many babies. Now I need to find home for them.

I have some lawn over my septic bed and mantle as it was required by the health dept. when I built the septic system, the rest of my property is either ponds, gardens or pasture lands and forest.

Toad lilies always seem to be the last to bloom. And it's time to thin & transplant. They prefer a shady "hosta" environment. I may attempt to gather seeds this year.

Even now with autumn coming on there is still plenty of colour in the garden. Rose 'Albertine', Viburnum opulus the Geulder Rose, Sorbus the Mountain Ash and Phlox.
