My newest plant one of my customers gave me today. I’m really excited about it. It needs a Little TLC I should grow nicely. It’s a Curry Leaf Tree. It’s used as an herb and has many medicinal properties.

Bush beans on left, which have given us delicious food half a dozen times already. Tomatoes in the middle, and they're about the size of a garlic clove now. Pole beans on right coming up nice.

So, here I am, trying out the new rule! 'Maters boiling down with garden grown basil. And, as @Misskathleen reminded me, the garlic was let "rest" 20 minutes after mincing, prior to adding to the pot. It will take a few hours to render to paste.
