The Yukon Gold Potato Harvest Has Begun. I really like these potatoes but they have become very hard to find lately and the organic ones are really rare, so I grow my own. This is the first of 24 plants that I started a couple of months ago.

Not as prolific today. But, we need some rain:

Chervil for making my own Herbes Fines bouquet. It is a mild green herb, like parsley. I am growing it for the first time this year. Very attractive, don't you think?

Planted some sweet potatoes slips we grow. Trying to see if we will have any luck in the tires.

Bloody pigeon. Swaggers round my garden like he owns the place.

I could NOT resist! I had to pick it! It’s in the steamer now :-)

This was my pomegranate tree back in Arizona. Sure did make a lot of jelly from that tree.

My Wildflower seeds are making an effort . I only recognise the nasturtiums so far .

These are the half size planters with scented stocks and lobelia. The old lady is too frail to do much , I like gardening and her little space gives her pleasure.

A friend gave us 2 Everglades Tomato cuttings. Can’t wait for these Beauties to take off. They will grow wild in Florida and is considered a perennial here. These things will grow in the poorest of Florida’s sandy soil.
