Up date on my dragon fruit. They started getting mold on the paper towel so I took them out and put them in pots. Some are now sprouting.

This was today’s effort with a neighbour . It was overgrown , the fuchsia we thought was dead , the bushes I,ve no idea , and the lupins were there already . We planted some dianthus too.

Yesterday's jalapeño harvest! I picked them all because the smaller ones had stopped growing. They have a really nice spice without being too hot to eat raw.

Well I"m finally finish planting, and I got a nice rain today, which is just what the garden needed. So now just got to finish making a bunch more tomato cages and some stakes for the pepper plants. so this is like stage 2.

Does anyone in this group go in for 'no dig' gardening? My son who is an ecologist/soil scientist is very keen on it, but I find it to resist a neat and tidy garden with the weeds removed.
