I have a volunteer something that's in the compost bin. The vine looks like watermelon but the melons look like a cross between cantaloupe and melon. Smells like both. Is that even possible?

Well I was in Brookings Oregon this weekend my daughter has this tree in front of her house but we cannot figure out what kind of tree it is. Do any of you know the name of this beautiful flowering tree is, she said that blooms all year round.
