So, here I am, trying out the new rule! 'Maters boiling down with garden grown basil. And, as @Misskathleen reminded me, the garlic was let "rest" 20 minutes after mincing, prior to adding to the pot. It will take a few hours to render to paste.

We've a bunch of these guys in our garden this year:

I forgot the corn that I still had to pick in todays harvest, also want to show the Brazilian Starfish I pick two of them to try out with dinner They turn red but I thought I would do a taste test when green, It's a sweet hot pepper.

Help. I have fire ants in my garden. Any non poisoness methods of ousting them so I can plant my okra. They LOVE okra. Last year they moved in, took over the plants and pods and defended them painfully.

Good morning! . 88" of rain over the last two days has caused a growth spurt out there. This flower went unnoticed last evening as we were strolling through our habitat, enjoying a glass of Pino Grigio, and counting lightning bugs. But! Here it is ...

Any idea's? They look like blackberries but they are growing wild in my backyard. Guess it's time to Google.
