Amy give a little update on the food forest and swing set garden

Spreading more chips and putting up the gat to try and save our plants from the neighbors animals. If this don’t work I will be smoking a pig.

Our day yesterday more mulching and buying fencing and a gate keep the neighbors’s animals out.

Amy’s afternoon chores

Ok we had to cut back the Everglades tomatoes they were getting out of hand. And don’t worry our birds don’t eat the leavers they just like the tomatoes. The leaves have a bitter taste they don’t like.

I have had a headache for the last four days. But did manage to put up a few mor videos.

Yesterday, Friday I forced myself into the local hardware chain store. I use the word forced advisedly because it is a place best avoided. The appearance is of huge value for money, the reality is still a huge exercise in cash flow generation, ...

Went to the Webster market and picked up a new fruit tree for the food forest.

Decided to check the sweet potatoes we planted in tires to make sure they aren’t rotting in the ground from all the flooding.

We expanded the poultry yard so the birds can have dry land again.

Spread about 30 yards of wood chips this morning the went to Sparr to get fencing supplies to temporarily expand the poultry pen to dry ground.

Here is a little update of our flooding issue.

Our chickens and Guineas aren’t happy with the flooding but the ducks are loving it.
