Early morning at my self wicking garden. The little caterpillar was only about an inch long. Dragonfly liked the celery, and didn’t mind me coming in for a close-up shot.

My fish pond before the raccoons destroyed it. The rootball was over 300 pounds in one season.

I keep forgetting to ask - I had these red lily beetles for 2 seasons. They are incredibly destructive and decimated my prized lilies. This year I had no beetles! I suppose they hit areas in waves? Anyone else struggle with them?

My brother made me these tomato cages. They work a lot better when the growing season lasts until end of Nov. The cages are 6 ft tall. As an indeterminate variety, these will grow all season.
