I think most people expect side effects so they get them... Only shot that ever gave me any was in 1976 the old swine flu shot made me feel a bit under the weather so I drank one beer and took a 30 minute nap... After that I was as good as new.
Snots and Bears right back atcha...
@Lizard_of_Ahaz Actually, some minor side effects aren't a bad thing. It shows your immune response is kicking in.

@phxbillcee I enjoy calmly saying "ouch" when they stick the needle in just to see the look on their face... or just asking "is this the part where I am supposed to pass out?"

@phxbillcee Well no side effects at all unless you count the bright green foam coming from my mouth and the way the geiger counter reacts when I walk past it...
