No it wasn't, gasoline prices averaged $2.41 per gallon (gal) in 2017. It was $2.74 per gallon in 2018. It was $2.60 per gallon in 2019 and it was $2.63 in 2020 during the trump administration. Nationwide average. That means some states were higher and some were a little lower. In April 2020 during the pandemic when everything was shutdown, and no one was driving, and there was a surplus of refined gasoline the price came down to $1.75 for a short time. Gas prices was down all over the world because no one was going out, and everyone was staying home because of a worldwide pandemic.
He's safe until Trump is either in prison or under dirt.

$3,45 a gallon?? thank your lucky stars, here in Australia we pay $2.00 to $2.30 A QUART (litre roughly)
