I was once a vegan. Went to the ER because my BP was something like 190/120. That vegan shit lasted about a day. Then I went to vegetarian. Then I was like fuck this I need fish. Now I just cook at home, watch the sodium, hardly eat fast food. When I lived in River City, it was far too cheap to get fast food. Didn't have to clean plates or silverware.
