I live in South Carolina. Haven't seen any this year. When I moved here from Florida, I brought my weather with me.
Gonna go test drive a Joyner 1100 cc Sand Viper tomorrow.
It only has 612 miles on it.
Not registered since 2012.
@MissKathleen
Lol!
Click on pic.
It's kinda a mini sand rail/dune buggy/go cart.
Goes about 80 mph.
@MissKathleen
BTW...I DID decide to purchase.
Will take behind the motorhome and do some traveling/camping/playing this year.
Spent less on the cart and trailer, than another cruise would have been.
Only ten more weeks until the beginning of May!!!!
Should be done by then.
Maybe.
Geez thanks for that glimmering ray of sunshine at the end of my tunnel of snow. lol
shit you not, I have got snowbanks past my ass.. Not a happy camper.. if this shit keeps up, they won't find me til spring thaw.
@mistymoon77 At least the meat will keep!
@mistymoon77 Anytime!!!
I really do understand though.
When I lived in Maine, we'd have pool bets as to when the last of the snow would be gone. The end of April was always the most crowded.
One year, the Portland Sea Dogs (minor league baseball team), had to bring in a helicopter to dry the field at the stadium. They'd cleared the last of the snow that had fallen a couple of days before, but the field was still too wet to play on. So, they brought in the chopper and just let it hover over the pitcher's mound for the better part of the day.
Luckily, they didn't have to cancel Opening Day, and first pitch was on time at 6:30 that night.
It was May.
Wish I had the pics to share.
@KKGator I need a vacation... starting to get a bad case of cabin fever bad. calgon take me away.
