My son just told me he is ring shopping and that next Thanksgiving is with both sets of parents, He has always been a planner, so I think it is as much an intro plan as a way not to have to do 2 thanksgivings. This is a kid that invented parents day so that he could take both his mother and i out at one time instead of two dinners.

@MichelleGar1 As good a time as any, he has never been in a rush to do anything, but he's already considered one of the top in his field, didn't want to go back to college but got his BS and MS Summa Cum Laude, he generally knows what he wants, but doesn't let on in case he doesn't get it. I suspected last year when they went to Taiwan to visit her extended family during Lunar New year, Part of the joy of being a parent is watching them succeed no matter how big or how small.

@MichelleGar1 Prostitution involves sexual involvement. One may hire a house cleaner of either gender to work in any stage of undress. Last time I checked on hiring a maid it was $35 an hour, two hour minimum. Most people who hire one to come in twice a week.

The last time a street hooker approached me it was $20. A maid makes better money.

Frankly I would like to hire one of my favorite authors, David Sedaris, as a maid. He's a gay guy that has such a compulsion to clean that prior to his literary success he worked as a maid and now spends his spare time cleaning up highways. He's happily married to such a stud bunny.

@WonderWartHog99 I live in a boarder town. Here you can hire a maid to live with you, raise your kid's, cook, and clean. The payment being a house to live in, food to eat and abundance of utilities. Or you can pay them for the exact same job without housing them and they usually get paid next to nothing for their hard work. Sometimes they're trafficked for sex or to pass drug's across the boarder. Then again you and I come from completely different backgrounds.

Men maid's! Sounds hot! I would love to hire a man to come clean my house while I work but the reality is I'm my own maid! Lol
