City of Hollywood removed it because people kept destrouing it.
@Eirteacher Actually the City of Hollywood had the Walk of Fame committee remove it after telling them they would not provide any security for it and wanted it removed anyway.... Also that they considered it inappropriate.
FYI the Walk of Fame committee is actually a private self financed group and the decision makers are all far right-wing nut-bars who belong to organizations like News Corp, Clear Channel, etc. Trump even so had to pay a small fortune to get the star they gave him (about 250K is the figure I heard)... Kind of like the Knights Templar and Hospitaler they have become a den of corruption.
