Haha - it's wild as I know so many women in the field now!! I think it is changing!! But as in all careers there needs to be law to protect females so they can work / have kids / not be punished .. I think that is where is is most difficult in UK anyway.
Need more women in everyg.. people cottoned on to women middle managers years ago. As women are far better mediators then men and won't get all egotistical about things so much. sadly though middle management is the one role that although well payed has high burnout and everyone knows is a hard role anywhere. You get used as a blunt instrument for some corporate plan usually.
It will change when the law changes!! Need more women in everything lol !!!!
