I just read that the Duggar family (you know, the mother with the Stargate vagina, 19 kids!) refer to deviled eggs as "yellow pocket angel eggs" because deviled is too evil, or something? Apparently they're not the only ones who have changed the name.
Deviled is actually a culinary term that first appeared in the 1700s. It was most often used to describe zesty or spicy food. It has nothing to do with Satan.
Why, oh why do Christians feel the need to twist every bit of reality in their favor?
The original name was Diveled eggs, divel mean to split in to two equal parts.
when the spicing with mustard or pepper became popular it became a joke to say they were hot as Hell, hence diveled became deviled.
I LIKE deviled eggs, & shit on them if they can't bloody well call a food by its usual name. ITS A FOOD!!!! Grow up!
Also, something about yellow pocket is either extremely dirty or extremely gross. I can't decide which.
@Kynlei Or just stupid.
Christians turn my stomach with their arrogant self-righteous

Posted by CliffordCookChristian Nationalists like to insist that the United States of America is a Christian nation. What do the facts show?

Posted by CliffordCookIf the Christian Bible is such a great book, how come most Christians can’t bring themselves to read it all the way through even once?
Posted by CliffordCookIf Christians really believe in a god that is all powerful and will provide for all their needs, why do they keep on demanding taxpayer support for their struggling religious schools?
Posted by CliffordCookI groaned when I saw this Christian Nationalist Christmas meme posted by one of Donald Trump's supporters in Iowa. Then, I smiled when I saw how many of his Facebook friends had reposted it.
