Some years ago (2 or 3) I had a fat useless manager of a state MP's office tell me that if you have an eggshell skull and someone hits you, thus killing you, it's tough luck on you because you shouldn't have been outside anyway!

And his MP is an V&ALP member.

Gaol the lot of them for crimes against humanity - there is no statute of limitation on them and all bear equal weight.
