I'm not a vegetarian in principal only in practice. Seems the opposite from most, I simply don't crave food. So I eat what is healthy for me, which is not saturated fats because I have FH. That removes meat, dairy, most breads and some vegetables. ...

Fed the troops (3 kids and my Mom)... yuca boiled with garlic sauce and two pans of whatever was in the fridge roasted in olive/coconut oil, salt & pepper and turmeric.... plus everyone picked a song to hear during dinner... at least they are vegan...

Tomorrow I’m going to Trader Joe’s ... my get fat headquarters. My list is vegan ice cream, brownie cookie crisps and wine. I doubt I can grab just those things and go, Trader Joe’s will run about 150 bucks by the time I’m done.
