So, apparently coffee has health benefits I'm not benefitting from because I stopped drinking coffee when I stopped working. And I have coffee in the house. But I don't drink it black, or sweet, and I'm avoiding dairy. So my kid says "nut milks." ...

Q for fellow vegans: vegan about two years, vegetarian for 5, I use fortified cereals and nutritional yeast for B12... do you find you still need a supplement? Feeling a bit rundown and suspecting that could help? Thank you, all input is appreciated.

Had a ton of dough leftover from last nights gnocchi so I used a meat free chop meat to stuff it like a Stromboli and we have a giant stuffed gnocchi loaf. Yea, I don’t care about the rules:) Very dense but delicious, probably will never do this ...

Simple rice and beans. This time I chopped and sautéed an onion and a red bell pepper in coconut oil. Spiced with turmeric, black pepper and pink salt. On the dish red pepper flakes and a few basil leaves... the basil really took it to another level...
