How do you make your oatmeal? I use organic rolled oats, rice milk, real butter, honey to sweeten and put either pumpkin spice or apple pie spice.??

Make your own salad dressings, using olive or avocado oils, instead of vegetable oils. The Sesame-Ginger dressing here is good.
