I have struggled with depression as well. Maybe you can reframe this in the telling. A waitress , the word sounds boring. You make good money you guide people through a farm to table dining experience. As an example. I'm in sales. So many people , even here have a very negative view on sales. I love what I do I help people reach their dreams, provide for the childrens future, help build local businesses etc. Think about what you do for people and tell THAT story.
