Actually the answer is, it depends. Vinegar and water will freeze. If it freezes in the car's windshield washer tank it might break the tank. On the other hand, if you live where it doesn't freeze that wouldn't be an issue.

What makes a person a dog lover or cat lover or both?
Clare comments on Apr 7, 2018:
I used to like dogs, but When I was really young I was bit in the face and since then there is no love loss for dogs, here.
DUCHESSA replies on Apr 8, 2018:
Talking about being bit by a dog. My niece was 5 y/o when her puppy bit her also on the face. My "de"brained sister run the kid to the hospital yelling that the puppy should be put to sleep....BUT I WAS THERE....AND IN FRONT OF THE COP AND DOCTOR I ASKED MY NIECE IF SHE HAD DONE SOMETHING TO THE PUPPY...MY "ADORABLE" NIECE CONFESSED TWISTING THE PUPPY'S TAIL THREE TIMES OVER. I told her "You deserve to be slapped fast & furious..." I had four cats since then; I never let my niece to play with them.
What is your favorite place to eat that is not fast food?
DUCHESSA comments on Apr 8, 2018:
It all depends on what I want to eat. Of I want a real BBQ I will go to an Argentinian or Uruguayan restaurant but if Irish food is calling an Irish pub near my home is the place.
DUCHESSA replies on Apr 8, 2018:
@qwertykeyboard Ask the Irish...but Sheppard pie would qualify.

The people running the nude resorts are so skillful about pointing out perverts that is amazing the FBI doesn't hire them. When a member is found doing something wrong he/she is kicked out of the resort and his/her name is entered in the AANR computer (nationwide).....Never again that person will be allowed in a nude camp.

I don't know if the English language has a word for it...but in Spanish extreme nationalism is defined as PATRIOTERISMO...which means the exaggerated / blind love of one's country and total contempt for the rest of the world's achievements and culture. I don't think honoring the flag and singing the National Anthem amount to anything dangerous.

@Paul4747 The wall you so much criticize was started by Reagan. Additionally, it has nothing to do with Trump and racism. Today, for instance, in Long Island (NY) the body of a 29 y/o Latino man was found; apparently he was killed by members of the MS 13 for not wanting to became a member of said gang. This is one of many bodies found in said are during the last few months. Please, do tell me why we need to import criminals? I speak Spanish and I hear what the Latinos say. Obama deported more people than other presidents...simply, he did so quietly. I don't have the knowledge to elaborate on other areas of his tenure....but I agree with his approach to illegal immigration
The smarter you are, the less need you have to follow a religion...

that's what i've always heard... more education = less religious. but i've seen some people who don't' have a formal degree be pretty darn smart... like that Sarahroo29,,,, she's got her head on right !!!
DUCHESSA replies on Apr 6, 2018:
The problem is that many people tend to see intelligence and education as synonyms. They are not. A person is born -or not- intelligent...No college is going to make a wise person out of a dude with an IQ of 65. Now, to succeed in getting a degree indeed we need a "decent IQ"...150+?. Additionally, education (college +) teach you a given discipline...it doesn't mean also provides you with common sense.

@delboy2kent Great post...you are going to be belted for your comments. Sometimes, I think people are ten times worse than the politicians they attack / criticize. Yes, if their party didn't win they lower their arms and senselessly wiggle their tongues during four years....when the truth is they should join their efforts to build a better country.
