I own my home/shop - both built shortly after 1900. I’ve got a small yard and mostly maintenance free exteriors. Air conditioning is something you might want once or twice a year in Montana - I just wish I could spend more time there.

I’ve tried all the pre-made GF crusts I can find. Unfortunately none of them truly are to my liking - I love deep dish pizza, and most of these seem more like a saltine cracker with tomato sauce and some cheese :/ Recently I found one from Urban Farmer with a sweet potato crust that was pretty good. The best I’ve done on my own was a corn meal crust baked in a cast iron skillet. Rather than a tomato sauce, i used basil pesto and goat cheese along with a few other toppings.
