Best thing I did this season for my butterfly garden was install this feeder, simply a converted old birdbath (chipped, doesn't hold water) and some old bananas.
What a show! And in less than an hour!
There was also a Red Spotted Purple that was too quick, a Red Admiral (1-3) an Eastern Comma, (#4) and a Question Mark. (Last picture)
I couldn't pry his little wings open.
I'm such a wimp....

Probably, though many moths, like the Saturniidae, have no mouthparts as adults
