Not much to get excited about. Other than 6 Republicans refused to vote for a total ban. Credit for that. But that's all.
They still have a ban of 6 weeks, 12 weeks for rape and incest only if the pregnant woman will agree to a DNA test of the aborted fetus to prove any claim of rape or incest (by the police.)** They also gave tax breaks (because....of course they did) 
giving a tax break of $3000.00 for every fetus not yet born. (Which means they've now given fetuses personhood.)
