while she has completed her therapy, I think the therapist should be investigated for releasing her as having completed it since she has not progressed

Therapy doesn't seem to have done much for her. She needs put away for a long time.

I remember watching that video, and ice went down my spine when she clearly and intentionally lied (on the phone) to the police, knowing full well what would likely happen to him when they arrived. As far as I'm concerned, she intended to kill him, and that deserves a greater punishment than she got.

He could have gotten shot on her rants!
I have done the same thing he did,a lot, called out other idiot dog owners, so that the "No Dogs Allowed" signs may not be put up.
But I am a Senior-Citizen White Woman, so pretty safe

She should be ashamed, if you going to walk a stupid bitch on a lead in the park you need to be able to control her, and this poodle clearly didn't have control of its owner.
