When I'm weightlifting I'm losing circulation and sensation to the tips of my 1st 3 fingers. It takes about 30 seconds to get circulation back. I have raynauds but that doesn't usually affect me when I'm warm. I'm not overly concerned if it's ...

I’ve never exercised in my life, not for the sake of it anyway. I’ve never been in a gym, and, not to be rude, I want to be fit, but the people I know who use gyms seem to talk about it more like a religion, so I’m not sure if it’s my scene....
