Interesting article: Acting like an extravert has benefits, but not for introverts I believe this. While it helps to challenge myself to be more social, I have to do so in a way that works for me and my temperament.

There is a function, that most of your relatives and friends will be invited to. What would go through your mind ? I hope they don't invite me . I will be disappointed if I don't get invited. Or both.

I'm definitely an introvert, but I also have some social anxiety, which muddies the waters. When I do want outside contact, I often don't have any real options lined up. I'm working on that. Anyone have suggestions?

So excited. Baby loon on the pond! First in about 20 years. Leaving tomorrow and the parents took a grand tour tonight. Perfect ending to my two weeks. (It's that tiny speck to the right of the parents. Just 3 days old).
