I’m soo terribly introverted it kept me from getting a job that I desperately needed. I want to try to be a little more extroverted so I can function better in the social world, but how would I go about trying to fix this?

Why are my dreams always so full of people? I'm an introvert, fercrissake, and in every dream I have I'm in some public place where there are people everywhere. Can't I even get away from them in my sleep? Anybody else have this problem?
