Not after the national guard fires the first volley....
Since DC has banned guns from 1000 ft from the rally, I'll bet that they are going to be surprised when they get arrested for a gun crime and can no longer posses or buy a gun or ammunition in any of the 50 states.

DC has very strict laws on guns with open carry being a very serious felony...
Since the National Guard has already been called in for this event I foresee a lot of arrests and even some examples of Darwin's Theory in action...
