Franco may be a fugitive from a Midsummer Night's Dream. I live in a retirement community where foxes, skunks and coyotes run rampant, but if Franco showed up here, running with the wildlife, you can bet that a whole bunch of senior citizens would put out food for him, then sit on their patios and watch him eat while they sipped their wine. Really old people are weird.
