It depends on how you define "already Educated adults"...I taught for 45 years....and passed on some real horribly ignorant youth in my day...and America has been sliding down the scale of educational accomplishments compared to other nations, for decades....
. . . and maybe the government will put a lean on your house before it falls into the ownership of the state and they resell it dirt cheap.
