Generally speaking, the more money a person makes, the more taxes they pay. This does not, however, apply to the 1%ers. The wealthy pay very little taxes.
Taxes are the price for civilization. Those who over pay haven't read up on the tax laws. The wealthy have attorneys to read the tax laws for them.

Why pay taxes when you can buy your government and rewrite the laws to your advantage.
No, taxation is not theft. It is how we support the government. It is constitutional. It is legal.

We need to fix the system to fairly distribute the tax burden, or people will perceive it as theft.
