Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.The drawing is poor and too small to see clearly but all the tubes appear to be blocked off apart from No 1 but there is a gap in the down tube just above 3 so assuming that the rate of pour is such that none of the liquid spills out of the top of the tube it will probably run down the tube into No3.
