Fed the troops (3 kids and my Mom)... yuca boiled with garlic sauce and two pans of whatever was in the fridge roasted in olive/coconut oil, salt & pepper and turmeric.... plus everyone picked a song to hear during dinner... at least they are vegan...

Rice mixed with vegan mozzarella, turmeric, salt and pepper. Dipped in tomato sauce, dredged in flower and pan fried in olive oil:) This was a create somthing from nothing using leftovers thing... it tasted like I knew what I was doing:)

Spinach with garlic, sesame seeds, vegetable broth and a touch of stir fry sauce. It was the side dish. The entrée was a simple pasta Primavera that I failed to take a picture of but you all know what pasta looks like, :-)
