Here’s my Sunday morning tofu scramble with onions, carrots, tomato, basil, mint, salt, black pepper, turmeric & cayenne pepper. fast, easy, delicious and vegan. ...it’s actually better than I remember eggs☯️???

Easy vegan meal. Baked chickpeas and onions with salt pepper and tumeric, put over a baked potato that was in the oven along side. Not hard, very delicious?

Me and my 3 kids with what might be my best vegan stir fry ever! Two kind of mushrooms, tofu, carrots, peppers, garlic & onions with a hoisin sauce over jasmine rice ... Thomas and I went nuts with the hot pepper, that’s my boy:)

Beans can kill you!! Just learned this, this morning and had no idea. I usually sprout the beans so I will have to see if this can alleviate the toxin problem.

Does anyone follow Esther the Wonder Pig? I'm so totally in love with her and her family (2 dads, a pit bull, and a turkey). Esther's Kitchen has some great recipes. They have cooking/baking videos as well.
