My diet doesn't feel like I'm dieting, yet I've lost 73 pounds. Thus, I mentally whip myself for not suffering; the monologue in my head is something like this, "I should be hungry to loose weight, I must be eating too much! You shit, shape up."

Just joined the group. At one time I weighted 356 lbs. In 2004 I opted for lap ban surgery and have been able to keep off over 140 lbs. I know it saved my life. If I can help any of my new friends I will be glad to.
