So I was up at 4:00am debating whether or not to make myself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. My biggest issue with my weight is the fact that I snack when I'm bored, lonely, angry, anxious, frustrated, or depressed. Yes to all right now, except ...

4/2/18 Monday I have been at a stunt and unable to lose anymore weight and stuck at 280lbs. I did make up my mind to get focused again. I decreased my calorie intake and currently weigh in at 277lbs. Hopefully I can keep up the momentum.
