I was in shock this morning. I had not realized my passion fruit vine was a banquet to cattepillars until I looked at it today. Happy Gulf Fritillary catterpillars going crazy on my little vine.

This year's bird house gourd vine was not a success. Next season we'll plant in a different location. After the two actual gourds dry and color up I'll polyurethane them and put them on a bookshelf.

We've 3 bathrooms in our house. Mine, Linda's & ours. This is the current status of the bathtub in mine. Keeping the door closed eliminates "cat gardening".

The pond and stone bridge are lush with growth now. It is probably the hight of the season for wetland plants, since most wetland plants die back in winter to avoid the floods, wetlands often show the most dramatic of seasonal changes.
