I'm more of a hot peppers, onions, curry powder, an unhealthy handful of coconut flakes and a dash of lime juice.

High levels of several types of tropical saturated fats which raises LDL – the bad cholesterol. Curry fans will be chiming in about the healthy benefits of cumin -- it puts a twang in your wang and benefits of the hot peppers that puts a whoo hoo to your mama and a honk, honk to your schnoz.
